Copilot Pulse is a pre-release internal Microsoft 365 assistant available to approved participants for evaluation, testing, and feedback.

1. Program access

Access is limited to approved participants and remains subject to Microsoft identity, security, privacy, service, and program controls. Access or the dogfood program may change or end as the product evolves.

2. Pre-release experience

Pulse may contain defects, produce incomplete or incorrect results, change without notice, or become unavailable. It has no production service-level or feature-availability commitment.

3. Privacy

Personal data is handled under Microsoft’s Data Privacy Notice, together with any Pulse-specific privacy notice or approved program documentation.

4. Microsoft 365 context and personalization

5. Automations and proactive assistance

Pulse can run scheduled or event-driven automations and proactively send information to you. Review automation scope, timing, delivery, and action settings, and modify or disable automations that are no longer useful.

6. AI-supported actions

Pulse can recommend, draft, initiate, or perform supported actions. Review generated content, recipients, targets, and action details before approving or relying on them.

7. Feedback and support

The dogfood experience may request feedback to evaluate and improve Pulse. Do not include unnecessary private, sensitive, or confidential information in optional comments. For access, product, privacy, or security questions, contact opgf@microsoft.com.

8. Other Microsoft requirements

Applicable Microsoft policies, standards, notices, employment requirements, and internal program rules continue to apply. This draft does not replace them.
